Shannon Scott

Mrs. Scott has a Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Tulsa.  She is Certified in Early Childhood Education and Mild/Moderate Special Education K-12, with additional training in behavioral interventions and STEM instruction.  After leaving Corporate America, Shannon worked with students with special education needs for 10 years before deciding to teach 3^rd grade for the following 4 years.  She started as an instructional coach on the REACH team at Monte Cassino in 2019.  She enjoys integrating STEAM and Project Based Learning into education to create a different type of learning environment, stimulating curiosity and working to increase skills in problem-solving and critical thinking.
