Fundraising Events

The Monte Cassino community is second to none. Our events are just one part of what makes our school so special. Octoberfest and Brick by Brick are our two signature events that bring in many of our fundraising dollars. We offer opportunities to support both of these events through Signature Sponsorships, and all event fundraising supports our school! Signature Sponsorships are available every August. Check back later for more information for the 2025-2026 school year.

Celebrate Monte Cassino at Brick by Brick, our annual adult-only, auction, dinner dance. Come shake your groove thing at this year's Disco Ball. There will be bidding, beverages and boogey-ing at the iconic OKPOP Museum.

Location: OKPOP Museum - 422 N Main St., across from Cain's Ballroom

Tuition Raffle

Buy a chance for free 2025-2026 tuition! Only 300 tickets will be sold. The Tuition Raffle drawing will occur and the winner announced at Brick by Brick on March 1. More tuition details will be posted soon. You do not need to attend Brick by Brick to purchase tickets.

WIN EARLY ACCESS TO REGISTER FOR CAMP MONTE

Win a spot to register your immediate family for all Camp Monte 2024 offerings before registration is available to the public! Bidding opens TODAY HERE. Each winner will be allowed to select spots in ALL desired Camps for ALL of their children before registration is opened to the public.

Six Early Access Registration Packages will be available to bid on in OneCause, Monte Cassino's online fundraising platform.
The Camp Monte 2025 Catalog will be available by February 2, 2025 to preview Camp dates and offerings.
Early Registration Package bidding will opens Sunday, January 26 at 12:00pm. The link to bid will be in the Sunday Newsletter on January 26.
Bidding closes Wednesday, February 4, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Winners will receive a link to register for their selected camps at a designated time before registration is open to the public.
Camp Monte 2025 does not include athletics camps or cheer camp.
