Caryn Arnold
Elementary School Instructional Coach
Mrs. Arnold has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma, with an additional endorsement in Early Childhood Education. Caryn has 11 years of experience as a classroom instructor and this is her ninth year as an instructional coach on the REACH team. During her time as a classroom teacher, Caryn discovered her love of working with children that think differently than most. In her 20 years of experience at Monte Cassino, Caryn has taught third grade, first and second grade extension, third and fourth grade small group math classes, Math Masters, the Benedictine Quarterly school newspaper, 1st through 4th grade literacy/phonics groups, ECLC phonological awareness groups, individual scholar projects, ECLC social emotional/friendship groups, and provides support for students that need separate location testing and modifications in the classroom. She enjoys using hands-on manipulatives and games which makes her an excellent reading and math resource for all students.
